| 1901 | Michael Taddonio arrived in the United States from Italy and worked as a Peddler in Denver selling fruits and vegetables door-to-door to various neighbors writing the amount owed on their picket fences. |
| 1945 | Sons Anthony, Sam and Roxie Taddonio started Taddonio Brothers' produce business operating from their father's Jason Street garage in North Denver. They had one truck and sold potatoes. Soon they moved to the Denargo Market establishing Mile Hi Fruit & Vegetable and sold additional products to local restaurants and grocery stores. |
| 1956 | The first McDonalds opens in Denver and Mile Hi Fruit & Vegetable is awarded the potato contract. As McDonalds grew, so did Mile Hi Fruit & Vegetable. |
| 1968 | Tony Taddonio, joins Mile Hi Fruit & Vegetable, and becomes the sole owner of the company. Today, known as Mile Hi Foods, this division exclusively serves 351 McDonald's restaurants in the Rocky Mountain Region. |
| 1973 | Tony and wife, Pam Taddonio, create TMT Trucking, a contract carrier with a 48 state authority for interstate transportation. |
| 1985 | Tony Taddonio adds Mile Hi Bakery to produce all of the buns used by McDonald's in the Rocky Mountain Region. Today the Bakery supplies baked goods for Red Robin, Wingers, Good Times, King Soopers, Wendy’s and Famous Dave's. |
| 1998 | Kristy and Toni Taddonio, join their parents in the business and Mile Hi Specialty Foods is created to service the partner brands of McDonald's. Today Mile Hi Specialty Foods independently provides distribution services to over 700 restaurants in the Rocky Mountain Region for Starbucks, Noodles & Company, Einstein Noah Bagels, Quiznos, Boston Market and Chipotle. |
| 2010 | The Taddonio Family Foundation is established. A non-profit entity created to further enhance community involvement targeting charitable support to organizations improving the lives of children. |
